Sure, it's easier to hit snooze & sleep in, but I know I'll regret it. If you are having this battle with yourself, commit to getting at least 10 minutes into your workout. By that point, you will be awake & probably complete the whole session. You'll feel much better during the day knowing you got your workout in & out of the way!
I decided to make a commitment to my health. Part of that is getting up every morning to get my workout in. I don't do it for anyone else but ME. It makes me feel good! If I miss my workout one day, I don't beat myself up. I make it up the next day or later that afternoon.
On weekends, I like to sleep in! BUT--I still get my workout in! If I have plans, I schedule my workout around those plans. There are no excuses!! Just do it! I know, I know...easier said than done. Once you get rid of your excuses & make a plan, you will find it becomes a part of your daily routine & you will start to see the results you are looking for.
