IT IS TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE, PEOPLE!! These diseases can be controlled by modifying the way you eat!!! Food is fuel. We need to shift the way we think so that we can be around for our future generations. Of course exercise plays a huge role in our health also, but nutrition is where many people could benefit the most. THESE PROBLEMS ARE PREVENTABLE, yet many people chose to continue down the path of destruction because of excuses. "I'm too busy", "It's too expensive", "I don't like vegetables" are all tired excuses that I've heard from people who just aren't willing to make the change. No one can MAKE you do change your poor eating habits. You have to WANT to change, to WANT to be healtier, to WANT to be here for your children and loved ones.
